Dedicated Protein Crystallography beamline comes on line

Station 14.2 at the SRS is now dedicated for industrial users. This means that we can potentially provide a very quick turnaround of samples (48hours) which can be essential for industrial users. We also have our PX scientist (Pierre Rizkallah) available at short notice for data processing.

CLIK employs brand new Technical Sales Team

The Science and Technology Facilities Council’s commercial exploitation company CLIK has a Technical Sales Team which is working to increase industrial access to the Council’s facilities, products and expertise. This includes access to the SRS as well as all other facilities available at Daresbury and Rutherford Appleton Laboratory including ISIS Neutron and Muon Source, National Centre for Electron Spectroscopy and Surface Analysis and SuperSTEM. If you would like one of the team to come and visit and give you an overview of STFC facilities or would like more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

DARTS becomes part of the wider Knowledge Exchange group at STFC

In parallel to the formation of the STFC, DARTS has merged with CLIK Knowledge Transfer group. This has led to a much greater integration with the other facilities available at Daresbury Laboratory and Rutherford Appleton Laboratory with joint, multi facility experiments more streamlined.
